Straight answers
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no minimum term. You pay the plan price and nothing else unless you choose add-ons.
You fund an account wallet and your subscription is deducted from it monthly. Wallet top-ups are currently processed in crypto (BTC or USDT), with card billing rolling out. Add-ons bill the same way.
Yes. One account can operate multiple platforms, for example a prop firm and a brokerage side by side, each with its own branding, domain, plan, and client base.
Your platform reverts to Starter limits. Nothing is deleted: clients, accounts, and history are retained, and paid limits are restored the moment the subscription resumes.
Paid plans remove FirmForge upgrade prompts from your client-facing pages and admin area. Your clients see your brand, your domain, and your name.
